The Canadian designer overwhelmed the fashion world with his debut show in Paris in 2007, at age 25, due to his elegant, unique, slender, minimalist designs.
More that "unisex", I think they could be labeled as "genderless". In fact, the young gender-blind artist seems to be advocating for an impartial society in which beauty and glamour are accessible to everyone, regardless of his, her (or hir) sex.

They include, of course, his trademark high-heeled shoes, also to be worn by men.
