Amid the suddenness and spontaneity of the shoot, I didn't get to fix my beautiful pride scarf. No biggie: great pic all the same.

This is me!

I've come to realize that, even in these narcissistic days, the reign of the "selfie" and the brazen self-promotion, I've posted very few pics of myself in this blog. 

I guess I do experience  a bit of self-conciousness after all!

And then, I'm not precisely a model! 

But I do manage to somehow pull off quite a number of edgy styles.

The blogs I enjoy the most happen to be precisely those in which the authors share pictures of themselves displaying their wardrobes. I've frequently found inspiration for my own styling in them. 

Besides, most of them are far from having perfect bodies either. So I've decided to reciprocate. 

Who knows, maybe a few of my readers might find my looks stimulating, or at least help them gather the guts to go out in public in their own unconventional apparel.

Starting now, I mean to post pics of myself, at least once in a while.

Most of them will probably be shot just as I'm leaving home (like the ones I'm sharing here)

Talking about "selfies": I recently took this pic at work, displaying our playful, brightly polished fingernails.
One of the hands belongs to a (biological) lady co-worker, one to a MTF transgender friend, and the last one, well, to me... (let me call myself a "New Male"!)

Finally Back!

It's been a while, huh? Yes, I know... I took a long, Internet-free vacation.

We simply pulled all the plugs off, and enjoyed our beautiful 4-month baby girl. 

Did I wear something special?

Not really. Just a few comfy summer dresses.  

Well-- I guess that is special for some guys!

I also took a similar break last year!

I doesn't qualify as "street-fashion" either, but then it's not easy to take pictures of yourself when you're out in the street. At least, I'm in front of the hall-mirror, "on my way out".

I'm Back!

As most of my readers may have noticed, I've been missing for a few days.

I took a brief vacation, a much needed technology-free break at a beach resort-- with no Internet access!

But I'm back now, and will continue to post about male fashion.freedom and alternative, creative styles for us  guys.

Yeah, I'm aware that the outfit I'm wearing in this pic is not very stylish or glamorous, and I know my hair's a mess (that's the effect of the healthy but utterly untamed sea-breeze), but... gimme a break! I was on vacation!
