Amusingly, the second picture reminds me of the outfit worn by Zapp Brannigan in Futurama. Though, don't get me wrong; I don't dislike it. The idea of a dangerously short tunic, with no visible pants, is strangely alluring, but the pale bare legs do bother me a bit. I think it would look better on a model with darker skin. White cowboy boots (Zapp Brannigan again) or other knee-high boots might be nice touch (but then, I seem to have a fondness for boots).
Love your blog BTW; it's endlessly inspiring. FYI: I've dressed androgynously (for lack of a better word) for many years. My favourite personal style is girlie casual: skinny girl jeans or leggings, with knee-high boots, and various tops.
