Emerging talent

Menswear designs by students at the Royal Academy in Antwerp, Belgium, have been pretty audacious this year, judging from some backstage shots taken at their annual three day show.

Several educatees provided their male models with high heels or extreme platforms,  along with other quite unconventional items. 


For instance 21-year-old Niels Peeraer (above) envisions a future of a new aristocracy possessing "personal geishas, living with them as pets" 
Chichi slaves, indeed!

An amazing documentary: nine-year-old kids questioning gender stereotypes!

“Are you ever called a sissy?” 

“No, I'm not called sissy but what they say is ‘you’re gay’", 

answers Merlin in a susprisingly mature way, 

"and I don’t get that. First of all, what’s wrong with being gay? And second of all, how does wearing pink make me gay?”

His answers are actually more mature and that the grownups':

"[Stereotypes] is just restricting people." 

Might the upcoming generation of New Males be pushing the envelope even further than ours?

Lads, get ready for some really cool tunics in light fabrics, ample comfy shorts to be worn both  with formal and informal outfits, leggings, and many details in leather. 

Colors go along the gray scale, combined with hues of burnt orange and cream both in the clothing, the shoes, and the beautiful sandals (worn also in rather formal getups!)

 I just stumbled on this wonderful editorial devoted to kilts. But... kilts as fetish? 

Well, why not! They'd make a pretty sexy object of desire.

The set's probably not that new, but who cares about the latest trend in the world of fashion?

Anyways, the images are fantastic and definitely worth sharing!

Not only do I love the kilts, but those blazers could also become fetishes on their own right!
